1. What we collect
- Account data: your email address, sign-in method and account settings.
- Billing data: credit purchases, per-task quotes, charges, refunds and the full ledger.
- Technical telemetry: request counts, model, status, timing and error classes per task. No API keys are stored in telemetry.
- Request content: prompts and attachments you submit, and the outputs produced, as needed to run, archive and support each task.
1. 我们收集什么
- 账户数据：邮箱、登录方式与账户设置。
- 账单数据：充值、逐任务报价、扣费、退款与完整账本。
- 技术遥测：每任务的请求数、模型、状态、耗时与错误类别；遥测不存 API Key。
- 请求内容：你提交的提示词与附件，以及为执行、归档和支持任务而生成的输出。
2. How requests travel
OneAster routes each request to an independent model supplier (for example APImart, KIE or the vendor gateways configured for a channel). Prompts and outputs necessarily pass through the supplier that fulfills the request, under that supplier's own terms and processing. Supplier lines are shown publicly on each model page ("Supply").

3. What we do not do
We do not sell your data, and we do not use your request content to advertise to you. Supplier credentials are stored encrypted and are never exposed through the public API.

4. Retention
Ledger and task records are kept so your bill stays auditable. Media outputs are archived only as long as the task requires (with verifiable deletion for private archives). You can request account deletion through support; we remove account data and keep only the records retention rules require.

账本与任务记录用于保证账单可审计。媒体产物仅在该任务需要期间归档（私有归档可验证删除）。你可以通过支持工单申请删除账户；我们将删除账户数据，仅保留保留规则要求的记录。
5. Cookies and local storage
The site uses a session cookie for sign-in and browser local storage for preferences (locale, saved models, playground drafts). No third-party advertising trackers are used.

6. Your rights and contact
You can export your ledger from the console at any time. For copies, corrections or deletion, open a support ticket or write to [email protected].
