1. The service

OneAster provides a single API over third-party AI models (text, image, video, audio and embeddings), with published per-model prices, per-request quotes, and an itemized ledger. What each model can and cannot do is documented on its model page.

1. 服务内容

OneAster 通过一个 API 提供第三方 AI 模型（文本、图像、视频、音频与向量）的统一调用：每个型号公示价格、按请求报价、账本逐笔可查。每个型号的能力边界以型号页文档为准。

2. Accounts

You need an account and an API key to run requests. Keep your keys secret; requests authenticated with your key are billed to your organization. You may revoke keys at any time in the console.

调用需要账户与 API Key。请妥善保管密钥：通过你的 Key 发起的请求将计入你的组织账单。你可以在控制台随时吊销 Key。

3. Acceptable use

Do not use the service to break the law, to infringe others' rights, to generate material that is illegal where you or we operate, or to attack the platform or its suppliers. We may suspend accounts that put the service or its suppliers at risk.

3. 合理使用

不得利用本服务从事违法行为、侵犯他人权利、生成在你或我们所在地违法的内容，或攻击平台及其供应商。对危及服务或供应商安全的账户，我们可能暂停其使用。

4. Billing

The service runs on prepaid credits. Every request is quoted before it runs; the binding price is the quote frozen when the task is created. Failed tasks are settled without charge or refunded automatically. Model list prices are published per model; your account's price group determines the exact rates.

4. 计费

本服务采用预充值额度。每个请求先报价后执行，最终以任务创建时冻结的报价为准。失败任务不收费或自动退款。型号价格逐型号公示，实际费率由你账户所属价格组决定。

5. Availability

We publish observed request volume and per-model history on the status page. We do not currently promise a numeric SLA or compensation for downtime; the status page shows what was actually observed.

状态页公示观测到的请求量与逐型号历史。我们目前不承诺数值 SLA 或停机赔付；状态页展示的是真实观测结果。

6. Third-party suppliers

Requests are executed through independent model suppliers. Prompts and outputs travel through these suppliers to fulfill your request — see the Privacy Policy for details.

7. Liability and changes

The service is provided as-is within the bounds above. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the credits you paid for the affected usage. We may update these terms; material changes will be announced on the changelog page before they take effect.

在上述范围内，服务按"现状"提供。在法律允许的最大范围内，我们因任何主张承担的累计责任以你为相关用量支付的额度为限。我们可能更新本条款；重大变更将在生效前通过更新日志公告。
