Do I have to rewrite my application to migrate?
Text clients keep their protocol: OpenAI Chat Completions and Responses work natively against https://api.oneaster.ai/v1; Anthropic Messages and Gemini clients use https://api.oneaster.ai and keep their own path prefixes. Media generation uses the async /v1/tasks API with an explicit quote before every run.
How is billing different?
OneAster settles per task: reserve the quote, charge confirmed usage, release the rest — all visible in an exportable ledger. There are no per-vendor credit pools to reconcile at month end. New accounts receive a welcome credit; the amount is set by the platform.
Which models can I run today?
Everything published in the catalog is runnable with verified parameters and prices, and each entry shows its availability state. The catalog is growing continuously; preview items are labelled honestly.
Is OneAster production-ready?
